Mars Petcare tasked our team with boosting brand share across their portfolio. We discovered that over 50 million Americans faced hunger during the pandemic, impacting pets in these homes and increasing their food insecurity. To address this, we proposed a retailer initiative allowing pet owners to donate a meal with each purchase. This initiative became a Walmart Marketing priority.
